Training
NIC CEM Kochi conducts training programmes and are designed to equip NICians with comprehensive knowledge of Microservices Architecture (MSA) for the design, development, and management of scalable, cloud-native applications. CEM, Kochi conducts both Online and Residential Training Programs to support capacity building in modern application architectures.
Customised Training Programmes
As per the requests received from various NIC State Centres or Divisions or Project Teams, proposing to revamp or migrate their existing applications to Microservices Architecture (MSA), CEM Kochi conducts customised online training programmes. These programmes extends interactive discussions, hand holding ideas and supervisory view of the existing application issues to assess the suitability of MSA Architecture as a solution or not in providing guidance on the processes and steps involved in transitioning from monolithic systems to microservices-based architectures.
Eye Opener Sessions
Eye Opener sessions intended to highlight the Microservices architectural style and Patterns to be adopted for scalable applications as state wise awareness sessions. These sessions aim to create awareness on MSA concepts, assess the suitability of existing applications for migration.
Residential Training Programmes (RTPs)
In collaboration with Training Division NIC Headquarters, CEM Kochi regularly conducts a five-day residential training programme on Microservices Architecture (MSA) and DevOps. The program covers core MSA concepts, microservices design patterns, inter-service communication, data management and transaction handling, container technologies, and CI/CD pipeline setup in DevOps. The training includes extensive hands-on practical sessions. As part of the programme, participants are encouraged to design, develop and present Proof of Concept (PoC), facilitating practical understanding and effective strategical application of cloud-native, microservices-based system design and deployment.
RAPID Training Programmes
As per the requests from NIC Project Divisions or Project Teams, proposing to revamp or migrate their existing applications to Microservices Architecture (MSA), CEM Kochi conducts RAPID(Rapid- Analyse, Plan, Implement, Deploy) Training programme on Microservices & DevOps in depth knowledge transfer sessions. These programmes extends Problem Identification, interactive discussions, hand holding ideas and to assess the suitability of MSA Architecture as a solution to problem areas in providing guidance on the processes and steps involved in transitioning to microservices-based architectures.
