Knowledge Sharing Sessions - PAN INDIA
CEM Webinars
NIC CEM’s webinar series on Microservices Architecture (MSA) focuses on contemporary software design and cloud-native application development concepts relevant to modern e-governance systems. MSA is a modern architectural style where large applications are broken into independent, loosely coupled services, each responsible for specific business capabilities. This approach enables greater agility, scalability, and easier maintenance—key requirements for large and evolving government IT systems. Delivered by experts from NIC’s Centre of Excellence on Microservices (CEM) and the NIC Training Division, these sessions aim to enhance participants’ understanding of designing and implementing MSA-based solutions in real-world scenarios. They typically combine theoretical insights with practical guidance on migrating legacy systems toward microservices, adopting container orchestration tools, and applying DevOps practices. By disseminating these technical skills through webinars and associated workshops, NIC fosters a culture of continuous learning and equips its workforce to support Digital India initiatives with robust and scalable IT solutions.
